The results showed that GPAT2 (AUC = 0.720, P < 0.001) (Figure 6(f)), PLD6 (AUC = 0.669, P < 0.001) (Figure 6(g)), SUV39H1 (AUC = 0.896, P < 0.001) (Figure 6(h)), and TDRD7 (AUC = 0.704, P < 0.001) (Figure 6(i)) could effectively differentiate ccRCC patients.
