20 CD8+ T cell-associated genes include AGMAT, AMIGO1, AQP3, ATP8B2, BEX5, CD69, DVL3, EPHX2, GPRASP1, HEMGN, IL7R, LRRN3, MAL, MGP, NR3C2, PPP1R13B, SMAGP, STRN4, TCEA3 and ZNF540.We subsequently proceeded with downstream analysis using the 20 CD8+ T cell-associated genes that were significantly associated with prognosis (P < 0.05).We further analyzed the expression of 20 genes in tumor tissues and normal tissues, and found that the expression of 20 genes in most tumors was significantly different from that in normal tissues (Supplementary Figure 3). The gene discussed is CD69; the disease is neoplasm.
