The major findings from the analyses of the final model were as follows: 1) no group differences were observed in BMI, central adiposity, indices of metabolic regulation, CRP, or the ASCVD 10-year risk score; 2) the ABC- group displayed greater dyslipidemia than the other groups; 3) the vascular function analyses showed that the HIV+ groups displayed higher heart rate and lower cPP. Here, CRP is linked to metabolic syndrome.
