Building on these results dealing with TR alpha, the current study aimed to investigate whether TR beta (as detected by an antibody not distinguishing TR beta subtypes), as well as its isoform TR beta-1 (as detected by an antibody specific for the beta-1 isoform), could also be identified in ovarian cancer tissue and might be associated with clinico-pathological parameters. Here, TXNRD2 is linked to ovarian cancer.
