Reported biochemical features of secondary hyperparathyroidism include elevated parathyroid hormone (PTH), serum calcium (Ca), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels and low levels of phosphate (P) [8,11,12,13,14], Radiographic findings in neonates resemble changes of rickets and/or hyperparathyroidism.
