In the TS25-vs-TS35 and TS25-vs-TS45 results, the five most significant differentially expressed genes were mainly related to cancer with a role in carcinogenesis (leukemia, gastric cancer, breast cancer, etc.)(CCKBR, GSTT1, ARID5B, TPT1, EXTL1), antioxidant (GPX1, SELENOW), angiogenesis (ANGPTL2, PTX3), and erythrocyte morphology (SELENOW). This evidence concerns the gene PTX3 and breast carcinoma.
