At the same time, HRS cell proliferation and apoptotic evasion are supported by interactions with their surroundings in pediatric cHL [9], where the predominant populations are mostly CD4+ T cells, and, to a lesser extent, CD8+ T cells, B cells, macrophages, eosinophils, plasma cells, mast cells, neutrophils [9,10], dendritic cells (DCs), fibroblasts, and natural killer (NK) cells [2,10]. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
