Nine patients were HER2-positive hormone-receptor-positive (triple positive), of whom the rates of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) positivity were 100% (9 of 9) and 33.3% (3 of 9), respectively, while one patient had HER2-enriched hormone-receptor-negative BC (ER-/PR-/HER2+) with an L755S mutation in the kinase domain. This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and breast cancer.
