The one-year absolute risk of cardiac events was 6.6% (95% CI: 1.8–11.3) in melanoma patients treated with PD-1 inhibitors, 7.5% (3.7–11.3) in melanoma patients treated with CTLA-4 inhibitors, and 9.7% in lung (95% CI: 6.8–12.5) cancer patients treated with PD-1 inhibitors [31].
