These genes were closely involved in T cell receptor signaling pathway, antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, T cell differentiation, immune response-activating cell surface receptor signaling pathway, lymphocyte differentiation, etc. KEGG analysis annotated 33 pathways significantly correlated with these genes including multiple immune-related pathways, such as primary immunodeficiency, Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation, T cell receptor signaling pathway, Th17 cell differentiation, and natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity (Figure 3(d)). The gene discussed is CD177; the disease is inborn error of immunity.
