Due to the significant difference in the expression of IL7R in lung adenocarcinoma and normal tissues, we conducted a GSEA functional enrichment analysis of the KEGG pathway for IL7R, and the results confirmed that when IL7R expression was elevated, the KEGG pathway was mainly enriched in immune-related activities, including chemokine signaling pathway, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, B cell receptor signaling pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, leukocyte transendothelial migration, and T cell receptor signaling pathway (Figure 6A). The gene discussed is IL7R; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
