Of note, 56 (3.4%) patients had a P/LP variant in candidate genes or genes traditionally associated with other hereditary cancers: MUTYH (n = 35), APC (n = 5), BLM (n = 5), FANCC (n = 3), PMS2 (n = 2), RECQL (n = 2), MEN1 (n = 1), MSH2 (n = 1), MLH1 (n = 1). The gene discussed is FANCC; the disease is hereditary cancer.
