When comparing the relative amount of each cell subtype with the total TILs, we observed that the urothelial carcinoma showed a higher level of CD8 exhausted cells than the other lesions; in addition, among the CRC metastatic samples MTS#3 displayed a T cell exhaustion level comparable to that found in the urothelial tumor (Fig. 2e). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and urothelial carcinoma.
