To assess the clinical significance of the TMEM43/PRPF3/RAP2B axis in promoting pancreatic cancer progression, TMEM43, PRPF3, and RAP2B expression levels in pancreatic cancer samples were examined and determined to be significantly upregulated compared with the corresponding control group in GSE62452, GSE16515, GSE28735, and GSE15471 datasets (Fig. 7A–D). Here, RAP2B is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
