The combination treatment of Navitoclax with a fixed sublethal dose of BTSA1.2 increased cytotoxicity in many cancer cell lines including solid tumors such as pancreatic and colorectal carcinomas regardless of common genetic alterations (e.g., TP53, RAS) (Fig. 2a–c and Supplementary Fig. 8a).
