Exosomal miR-183-5p derived from cancer cells suppressed immune responses and promoted iCCA progression through up-regulating the expression of PD-L1 in macrophages via miR-183-5p/PTEN/AKT axis, promising to be a novel target for overcoming therapeutic tolerance of immune checkpoint inhibitors in iCCA [89].
