In the present study, we found that the expression of PKA and production of c-AMP were negatively regulated by AKAP4 in both H460 cells and the H460 xenograft model, indicating that AKAP4 might promote the progression of NSCLC by regulating cAMP-PKA signaling, which might be related to the degradation of PKA induced by AKAP4 described previously [30]. Here, AKAP4 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
