Most consistently, mutations in TP53 were predictable in 11 out of 23 cohorts (Figure 2A) with an average AUROC of 0.6812, ranging from 0.597 in hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) (0.5320130.677, p = 0.035) to 0.787 (0.758–0.823, p < 0.001) in low grade glioma (LGG). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and central nervous system cancer.
