The results of the relative mRNA expression of inflammation related cytokines showed that, the treatment groups decreased the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, TFN-α, IL-2) and increased the level of the anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-4 and IL-10) in small intestine tissues as compared to the HF group (Figures 6A–E, P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene IL4 and hydrops fetalis.
