In fibrosis rats, both Ki-67 indices and hepatocyte diameters increased, and a strong correlation was found between PF and Ki-67 indices (r = −0.756; P = 0.03), D* and PF values and ALT, AST, and TBil values (r = −0.762 to −0.905; P < 0.05). Here, MKI67 is linked to fibrosis.
