This subfamily of proteins is composed of four members: G protein-coupled receptor 4 (GPR4 or Gpr4), T-cell death–associated gene 8 (TDAG8 or Gpr65), ovarian cancer G protein–coupled receptor 1 (OGR1 or Gpr68), and G protein–coupled receptor 132 (G2A or Gpr132). The gene discussed is GPR132; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
