GSTM1 and systemic inflammatory response syndrome: In the staghorn cohort, sensitivity and specificity of high NLR (> 2.0), high PLR (> 110.6) and low LMR (< 3.2) to predict SIRS were 85.7% and 78.6%, 83.3% and 71.4% and 71.4% and 71.4%, respectively, whereas sensitivity and specificity of low hemoglobin (Hb < 120gm/L) were 57.1% and 71.4%.
