There are reports of CTHRC1, which could accelerate migration and adhesion by upregulating the expression of the integrin β family, and the phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) in ovarian cancer, hepatic carcinoma, and pancreatic cancer [27–29]; however, it has not been found in lung cancer yet. The gene discussed is PTK2; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
