While mTOR signaling pathway, WNT signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway; collecting duct acid secretion, fanconi anemia pathway, N-Glycan biosynthesis and adherens junction were the top enriched pathways for D15 vs D90, D15 vs D250 and D90 vs D250 comparison groups in Kashmiri cattle. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and Fanconi anemia.
