No significant differences were observed in gender, BMI, the development of comorbidities (diabetes, CHD, cerebral infarction, COPD, CRI, and malignant neoplasm), source of infection, total bilirubin, ALT, hemoglobin, WBC, CRP, procalcitonin, sodium, tracheotomy, deep vein catheterization, and hospital LOS between the two groups. Here, CRP is linked to coronary artery disorder.
