GSK3B and cancer: Through negative modulation of GSK3β (Sun et al., 2020; Zhou et al., 2020), MYCT1 (Pu et al., 2019), Fascin actin-bundling protein 1 (FSCN1) (Ou et al., 2020), and TFF1(Shi et al., 2019), miR-632 modulated the WNT/β-catenin pathway and subsequently promoted cancer cell migration, invasion, proliferation, tube formation, and endothelial cell recruitment.
