Therefore, we used the TIMER database to analyze the relationship between LPAR2 expression and the degree of immune cell infiltration in HNSC and KIRC (Fig. 11) and found that LPAR2 expression was significantly correlated with tumor purity (R = 0.2, P = 7.74e-06), B cell infiltration (R = 0.217, P = 1.70e-05), and CD4 + T cell infiltration (R = 0.149, P = 1.07e-03) but not with the infiltration of CD8 + T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and DCs in patients with HNSC (Fig. 11A).
