Even though PSA decrease could be just an indicator of the mechanism of action of SHR3680 as an AR antagonist, the radiographic assessment results obtained from both chemotherapy-naïve (ORR 43.2%; median radiographic PFS 19.5 months) and post-chemotherapy patient populations (ORR 20.8%; median radiographic PFS 11.1 months), which were also comparable to those of other second-generation of AR antagonists, provided further evidence for the anti-tumor activity of SHR3680 [14–18].
