SGCG and glioblastoma: Besides, the ssGSEA analysis also pointed that the infiltrating immune cells (i.e., neutrophils, macrophages, T helper cells, Tregs, TIL, and aDCs) were remarkably increased, and immune signatures (i.e., checkpoint, cytolytic, CCR, regulation of inflammation, co-stimulation of T cell, co-inhibition of T cell, and type I INF response) were significantly activated when the risk score was elevated, indicating that the CDI signature possesses an unneglectable role in the TME of GBM.
