Notably, three members of the CDCA gene family, CDCA2 (FC = 2.21, p = 0.038), CDCA5 (FC = 3.10, p = 0.036), and CDCA8 (FC =2.17, p = 0.039), were found to be upregulated in NPC tissues compared with the NE tissues (Figure 1A, Supplementary Table 1). The gene discussed is CDCA8; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
