TET2 and neoplasm: Conversely, TET2 deletion augments CD8+ T cell memory (Carty et al., 2018), induces cell proliferation of natural killer T cells (Tsagaratou et al., 2017) and significantly enhanced anti-tumor activity of the TIL in a similar manner as that observed with anti-PDL1 blockade, however no synergistic effect was observed combining TET2 depletion and ICB (Lee et al., 2021).
