CRP and Skin ulcer: Patients in cluster 2 had an older age (p = 0.020); a higher percentage of skin ulcers (p = 0.008); a shorter disease duration (p < 0.001); higher levels of CRP (p = 0.005), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) (p < 0.001), creatine kinase (CK) (p = 0.005), N% (p = 0.013), and NLR (p < 0.001); and a lower level of L% (p < 0.001).
