We therefore next subcutaneously transplanted syngeneic MC-38 colorectal cancer (CRC) cells, a well-established cell line that is used to study the antitumor effect of ICB therapy (House et al, 2020; Mager et al, 2020), into WT mice and Meflin-KO mice, followed by intraperitoneal administration of anti–mPD-1 antibody or isotype control IgG on day 4, 7, and 10 after transplantation (Fig 6A).
