The results showed that the expression alterations of PFKM, NUP85, PDHA1, CDK1, CLDN9, CENPA, GPI, NUP155, and GPC1 in endometrial carcinoma samples were 5, 7, 4, 3, 5, 5, 7, 6, and 3%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene NUP85 and endometrial carcinoma.
