TET2 and cancer: Moreover, based on the combined data of TET2-interacting elements and TET2 transcription-associated genes in female cancers, enrichment analysis revealed some potential effects of cancer-associated signaling pathways, such as the PI3K–Akt signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, and Hippo signaling pathway, on tumor etiologies or oncogenesis.
