Several studies have verified the availability of neoadjuvant-targeted therapy for NSCLC patients with ROS1, ALK, and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) alterations (7–9); however, there are no reports regarding pralsetinib as neoadjuvant treatment for NSCLC patients with a RET rearrangement. Here, ROS1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
