Compared with the model group, the abscess volume of the SK-M group and Mup group both reduced obviously after treating for five days (P < 0.05); on days 9 and 11 after the treatment, the abscesses of the SK-H, SK-M, SK-L, and Mup groups were significantly smaller than the model group (P < 0.01), which indicated that SK had therapeutic effect on the skin abscess of mice (Figures 1(a) and 1(c)).
