CXCL13 and cancer: We also investigated the specific association between FAM46C expression and chemokines and their receptors in pan-cancer and found that FAM46C expression was positively correlated with immune chemokines (CXCL9 and CXCL13) and immune chemokine receptors (CCR2 and CCR4) in most tumours (all p < 0.01) (Figures 11C,D).
