MKI67 and neoplasm: We also found a significantly higher percentage of the CD3+CAR+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), (p=0.04, Supplementary Figure 6E), and significantly higher Ki67 staining (p<0.0001, Supplementary Figure 6F) in the tumors of mice treated with the armored B2ARM CAR, as compared to the non-armored B2 CAR T-cells, suggesting that the B2ARM CAR T-cells proliferated better at the tumor sites.
