Some pathways and processes, such as p53 signaling pathway, mismatch repair, bladder cancer and systemic lupus erythematosus, were repeatedly enriched in high risk-score subgroups, indicating that higher risk-scores were associated with carcinogenesis, immune dysregulation, mismatch repair and DNA damage responses (Figure 6A and Figure S9A). Here, TP53 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
