Subsequently, KEGG analysis indicated that the DEGs were involved in pathways associated with response to immunoinflammatory response (NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, c-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, RIG-I-like receptor signaling pathway, chemokine signaling pathway), environmental information processing (TNF signaling pathway, NF-kappa B signaling pathway, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction), and fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis (Figure 3B). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and atherosclerosis.
