Previous studies have reported various risk factors associated with pSS-ILD including advanced age, smoking history, male sex, the presence of antinuclear (ANAs), anti-La/SS-B, and anti-Ro/SS-A antibodies, lymphopenia, a history of Raynaud's phenomenon, digestive involvement, and a long course of disease progression [3, 6, 9–12]. This evidence concerns the gene CALR and interstitial lung disease.
