In addition, the levels of MDA and GSSG were greatly upregulated, while the levels of Fe2+ and GSH in ovarian cancer cells, compared to IOSE-80 cells (Figure 2e-h), suggesting ferroptosis was activated in ovarian cancer, considering with the high level of SLC7A11 and GPX4 in ovarian cancer described above.
