To further verify that TRIM45 mediates the inflammatory response associated with the NF-κB signaling pathway, we pretreated microglial cells with 100 μM PDTC, an inhibitor of the NF-κB signaling pathway, for 1 h after infection with LV-TRIM45 for 48 h and then subjected them to OGD/R.
