EIF2AK2 and influenza: Seven signaling pathways were predicted to be significantly activated at all three-time points; they are hypercytokinemia/hyperchemokinemia in the pathogenesis of influenza, interferon signaling, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in B cell signaling pathway, role of PKR in interferon induction and antiviral response, neuroinflammation signaling pathway, role of pattern recognition receptors in recognition of bacteria and viruses, and NAD signaling pathway (Figure 3, Figure S1A).
