From this, the peptides of ACTA, ATPA, CO1A1, CO1A2, HSP71, H4, MYH6, PGAM2, and TPM1 were decreased and the peptides of COL6A3, G3P, HSP71, and H13 increased in HHV6-negative myocarditis patients in comparison to HHV6-positive myocarditis patients. This evidence concerns the gene HSPA8 and myocarditis.
