The results show that the levels of phospho-NF-κB p65, p-IκB, and MyD88 proteins increased with infection time from 3 to 12 h post-infection and decreased after 48 h post-infection (Figure 5), indicating that the MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway is activated early in ASFV infection.
