The testing set contained three resistance SAVs located in three proteins: L505H in the BRAF protein kinase (a participant in MAP kinase/ERK signaling) [51]; V215E in the dual specificity mitogen-activated protein kinase 2 (MAP2K2, a downstream kinase from BRAF in the MAPK pathway) [34]; and G2032R in the c-ros oncogene 1 (ROS1, a receptor tyrosine kinase that acts as an oncogene driver of non-small cell lung cancer [NSCLC]) [52] (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene ROS1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
