The results showed that silencing CHRNA5 inhibited the tumor spheroid formation ability of PLC cells (Figure 4D,E), and CHRNA5 overexpression increased the tumor sphere formation ability of Huh7 cells (Figure 4F,G), indicating that CHRNA5 has a regulatory role in maintaining the stemness properties of HCC cells.
