To elucidate the biological functions of NCAPG in NSCLC, we first examine the expression of NCAPG in NSCLC by using TCGA and GEO database, the results showed that the expression of NCAPG, but not of NCAPG2, was significantly up-regulated in NSCLC (Figures 2A, B), Notably, NCAPG expression was positively associated with poor clinical-pathological features, including the pathologic stage, TNM stage, primary therapy outcome, gender, and smoking status (Figures 2C, D). The gene discussed is NCAPG; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
